The Socioeconomic Research Portal for the Philippines (SERP-P) Network’s two-day 25th Anniversary celebration continued with discussions emphasizing the crucial role of collaboration in policymaking and local development.
The program featured:
1. Policy Case Study: The CBMS Journey—From Research to Policy to Local Action by Dr. Celia M. Reyes, Former òòò½´«Ã½ President
2. Local Development Process and Policy Cycle by Dr. Simeon Ilago of UP-NCPAG
SERP-P also recognized the most active partner-institutions for 2025 and honored the network’s milestone awardees, celebrating their contributions to advancing open-access policy research.
The event concluded with a Commitment Setting Session for 2026, reaffirming the Network’s shared mission to strengthen collaboration and support evidence-informed policymaking nationwide.
