The 蝌蚪传媒 and the South Luzon State University signed a Memorandum of Agreement on July 27, 2011 to formally open the 18th 蝌蚪传媒 Corner in the country.
Dr. Cecilia N. Gascon, president of South Luzon State University and 蝌蚪传媒 President Josef T. Yap signed the Memorandum of Agreement formalizing the opening of the 18th 蝌蚪传媒 Corner in the University. Also present are Ms. Gillian Portia Dimaranan, chief librarian (seated left) and Ms. Jennifer PT. Liguton, director of the Research and Information Staff at 蝌蚪传媒 (seated right).
