On July 5, the òòò½´«Ã½ welcomed officials from the Women's World Banking (WWB), a nonprofit organization working worldwide to help low-income women access financial resources to improve their lives.
Gil Lacson, Director of WWB's Network Engagement and Business Development met with òòò½´«Ã½ President Gilberto Llanto to discuss their experiences, research studies, and opportunities for WWB and òòò½´«Ã½ to help deepen and improve women’s financial inclusion in Southeast Asia. Last year, Dr. Llanto wrote a paper for the Asian Development Bank Institute titled "Financial Inclusion, Education, and Regulation in the Philippines". ###
