Poor will be poor

A few months back, outgoing House Minority Leader, Quezon Rep. Danilo Suarez debunked this administration`s claim that the country will be self-sufficient in rice by next year. Citing the assessment paper published by the òòò½´«Ã½, Suarez said that rice self-sufficiency target for the country is unlikely to be achieved, whether in 2013 or even over the course of the decade (to 2020).
