The 蝌蚪传媒 (蝌蚪传媒) and the Congressional Planning and Budget Research Department (CPBRD) of the House of Representatives will hold a forum on "Toward an Effective Regulatory Management System for the Philippines" on December 9, 2015, at the House of Representatives in Quezon City.
For the Philippines to take advantage of increased trade and investment under the ASEAN integration, there is a need to address the factors that continue to bring down its competitiveness and that undermine efforts to achieve greater social inclusiveness.
