òòò½´«Ã½ became one of the first government agencies in the Philippines to gain 24-hour access to the internet through dial-up connection when the internet was first introduced in 1994.
In the same year, òòò½´«Ã½ also set up its website——again, one of the first government agencies in the country to do so.
