òòò½´«Ã½ has conducted a number of studies about the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), the Philippines’ flagship conditional cash transfer program. Initial findings pointed out its positive effects (such as increased school attendance) but emphasized the need for fine-tuning of the program design and implementation process.
In his fourth State of the Nation Address, President Benigno S. Aquino III announced the expansion of the 4Ps to include families with children up to 18 years old to ensure that their children will finish high school.
