The Network of East Asian Think Tanks (NEAT) was officially established in November 2003 with òòò½´«Ã½ representing the Philippines. NEAT was one of the measures recommended in 2002 by the East Asian Studies Group convened by ASEAN+3 leaders for closer cooperation among East Asian countries.
