Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC) Public Affairs and Information Service Director Norman William Kraft and 򽴫ý (򽴫ý) President Josef T. Yap sign the Memorandum of Agreement on strengthening institutional collaboration between 򽴫ý and ACPC for the SocioEconomic Research Portal for the Philippines (SERP-P) on November 20, 2012 in Makati City. SERP-P is an online knowledge bank of completed, ongoing and pipeline research studies related to socioeconomic development and policymaking in the Philippines.
