The 򽴫ý (򽴫ý) will hold a Health Systems Research Dissemination Forum on November 20, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, Pasig City.

Titled “UHC in Numbers: A Forum on the Philippines’ Progress in Universal Health Care”, the forum will present key findings from several 򽴫ý studies conducted in partnership with the Department of Health (DOH). These studies look into major issues affecting the Philippine health system, such as health worker pay, access to public health facilities, health information systems, and outpatient benefit reforms. They also examine the development of a new provider payment mechanism through diagnosis-related groupings (DRGs) to help PhilHealth implement the Universal Health Care Act of 2019 more effectively.

Based on the World Health Organization’s framework for building stronger health systems, the whole-day forum aims to share research findings in ways that can help improve health services for all Filipinos. It will bring together experts and decisionmakers to discuss practical solutions for making the country’s health system more efficient and responsive.

Onsite attendance is by invitation only, but the event will be livestreamed on the 򽴫ý and SERP-P Facebook pages for public viewing.
