This study seeks to create a comprehensive, standardized skills taxonomy that enables consistent use of skills terminology across education and training curricula, qualifications frameworks, job descriptions, and labor market information systems, aligned with local standards (PQF & PSF) and interoperable with global models like ESCO and O*NET.
