`Self-sufficiency in rice not feasible during P-Noy`s term`

THE country`s dream of becoming self-sufficient in rice is unlikely to be achieved by 2013 or even before the term of President Aquino ends, a study published by the 蝌蚪传媒 (蝌蚪传媒) said.
