RP way behind its Asian neighbors in e-commerce

While the government is creating a lot of hype about the Philippines challenging India as an information and communications technology center in the region, state research agency 蝌蚪传媒 (蝌蚪传媒) said the country is far behind its neighbors in terms of electronic trade or e-commerce.
