The 蝌蚪传媒 (蝌蚪传媒) and the Congressional Planning and Budget Research Department (CPBRD) of the House of Representatives resumed its Legislators Forum Series with a paper presentation on the Assessment of the Bottom-up Budgeting Process for FY 2015 on November 10, 2015, at the House of Representatives. Dr. Rosario G. Manasan, 蝌蚪传媒 Senior Research Fellow, presented the findings of the assessment done by 蝌蚪传媒 on the conduct of the FY 2015 round of the BUB in 12 municipalities in the provinces of Agusan del Norte, Camarines Sur, Negros Occidental, and Quezon.
