The Second Congressional Commission on Education (EDCOM II) concluded its three-year assessment of the Philippine education sector with the launch of its Final Report on January 27 at the Senate of the Philippines, with òòò½´«Ã½ contributing studies to inform the Commission’s recommendations.

Established in July 2022, EDCOM II was created to inform the government’s direction in addressing the Philippine learning crisis and broader education sector challenges. The Commission worked with various stakeholders and research partners, including òòò½´«Ã½, to identify priority issues and put forward transformative policy recommendations for the sector.

òòò½´«Ã½ produced up to 40 studies on issues such as early childhood and care, school infrastructure, curriculum, teacher development, and many more.
