The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs 2025 report reveals that 39% of workers’ existing skill sets will become outdated by 2030, while a 2024 òòò½´«Ã½ (òòò½´«Ã½) study highlights persistent skills mismatch hampering economic growth.
“The industry and work landscape today is marked by ever-evolving technological innovation, a borderless economy, and changing workplace demands. Graduate education shouldn’t be seen merely as a luxury reserved for the privileged—it’s a strategic imperative,” said Dr. Alvin Caparanga, Dean of School of Graduate Studies at Mapúa University.
