GMA wants Reds crushed in 2 years

CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA—President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo wants the communist insurgency wiped out in two years and has ordered the release of P1 billion to the Armed Forces and the police to step up their operations against the New People’s Army.
